Hey everyone! My name's Emmy, and I'm joining the IVNVI as one of the new MAP Coordinators. I'm in my 4th year pursuing a Double Major in Forensics and Biology. I'm excited to create MAP-specific events and build connections between mentors and mentees. Like many of you, I became interested in forensics by watching true crime, reading murder mysteries, and listening to crime podcasts. I also just love the intersection between science and law.

My favourite things about forensics are that there's always something new to learn, it's so interesting, and even more fun. I'm eager to meet students who are just as excited about forensics as I am! I can't wait to see what this role brings to the society and to meet all you mentors and mentees :)
