Hi everyone! My name is Ximena, and I am very excited to be this year´s IVNVI Vice President! I have been both a Year Representative and Secretary before, so stepping into this role is a huge honour. A little about me is that I am a fourth-year international student from Mexico in the Forensic Anthropology Specialist program!

I have had an interest in forensics since watching Criminal Minds in middle school, and it combined with my love for science that I discovered later on. The idea of helping bring closure and justice to victims and their families through science is what drove me to Forensic Anthropology at UTM! I look forward to working with this incredible team during the year!
